How does payment timing work?
Default schedule is 40% deposit to reserve the sprint, 40% due at Day 8 review, and 20% due on launch day. If your project scope is very small, we can use 50/50.
What does included support actually mean?
Starter Care ($129/mo) includes 2 small edits/month with a 2-business-day response and monthly health check. Professional Care ($249/mo) includes 6 edits/month, 1-business-day response, and monthly reporting. Enterprise Care ($449/mo) includes 12 edits/month, same-day weekday response, and bi-weekly reporting.
What happens if a client cancels support?
For full-build clients, repository access and deployment credentials are handed off within one business day. If they are on a pure subscription (WaaS) model, the hosted site remains live only while subscribed.
How is copywriting handled?
Default is AI-drafted copy with client approval before launch. Full done-for-you copywriting can be added for clients who want hands-off messaging support.
Do you take regulated or sensitive industries?
We decline projects that collect protected medical data, legal case information, financial account details, adult content, or websites aimed at children under 13.
Can I still choose $0 down Website-as-a-Service?
Yes. WaaS starts at $129-$249/month depending on scope. Hosting and maintenance are included while subscribed.
